User Content Policy

This policy explains the standards for content submitted to LembahBujang.my by users, artisans and contributors.

Suitable content

• Artisan profiles and craft descriptions.
• Batik Tanah Lembah Bujang works, images and process notes.
• Heritage, community and educational stories.
• Responsible tourism and learning reflections.

Content that may be rejected or removed

• Content that is false, misleading or unrelated to the platform purpose.
• Images or text uploaded without permission.
• Offensive, hateful, abusive or discriminatory material.
• Spam, advertisements or unrelated sales content.
• Private personal data shared without consent.
• Unsafe instructions or content that may damage heritage sites.

Review process

Admin users may approve, reject, hide, edit or remove submissions. Rejection reasons may be shown in the user dashboard where available.

Image responsibility

Upload only images you own or have permission to use. Use clear images and provide accurate descriptions or alt text where possible.

Reporting content

If you find inaccurate, unsuitable or unauthorised content, use the Report Content page and include the relevant page URL and reason.
